Brockann Characters were developed with precise efficiency. I really liked seeing them go through all the suspense of trying to find Meg’s daughter and grandmother while also coming to terms with their personal relationship and finally exploring their feelings for one another. How does this factor into your stories in the future?
It is a type of book that jumps around from different characters and points of view. I really liked Unsung Hero, and I liked this one as well, just not as much. Perhaps the switch in POV would be more obvious in a paperback. From the Paperback edition. Then you have Eve and Amy, the kidnapped daughter and grandmother.

The review must be at least 50 characters long. I really liked how protective John was over Meg and how hard he fought to help her, risking his life and his career numerous times to help her.
I liked the parts from their pov when it pertained to Meg and John and what they were going through; I wasn’t fond of the personal relationship building between Sam and Alyssa. Notwithstanding the cliff-hangers, she is jumping around within these five stories for the entire book.
One of the things I love about Meg is that she is willing to do anything for brockann daughter. See me – your lion, roar! Oh, the park scene was cute. Similarly, John feels the same way about Meg and he’s willing to do anything to help her and save her daughter.

The actual plot is a main part of the focus, but even so, the characters are clearly connected and you don’t really feel left out in the romance front.
